Bubble Tea Pearls

1 cup Tapioca Pearls
8 cups water
Approximately 6-10 servings

  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Add tapioca pearls
  3. Stir & return to boil
  4. Cover and boil medium high for 15 minutes
  5. Turn of heat & allow to set for 15 minutes.
  6. Drain & rinse under cold water.
  7. Cover in bubble tea sugar syrup up to 12 hrs before serving
